BRIDGEWEAVERS

The Bridgeweavers is a not for profit community group working with the therapeutic use of sound and music to support and nurture those touched by the deep experiences connected to new life and death.
They are dedicated to assisting people who are on the threshold of or in the midst of profound transitional phases, such as new born babies, pregnant women, those who have experienced the death of a loved one and the terminally ill, including their families and carers.
The Bridgeweavers offer a profound experience of the nourishing and supportive effects of immersive sound. Using intuitive voice and song they create a vibrational sound bridge between the seen and the unseen. This process of sound weaving speaks to the core of our being and assists the spirit to move with ease in the direction it most needs to travel. The sound bridge created by the group may serve to welcome a new spirit into physical form, to fortify the process of moving from life threatening illness into good health or to support the passage from life into death.
Each of us rests somewhere within the spectrum between new life and death. The Bridgeweavers offer this profound work as a community service for those in intimate engagement with life’s polarities. The sound weaving can be done as a distance process or in person at their meeting place located near Mullumbimby (Montecollum). When needed the group is also able to travel to people’s homes if located within the Northern Rivers region.

What is a Soundweaving?
A safe and nurturing space is created for the recipient to lie back and completely relax their body, enabling them to shift into receptivity and allow the power of vocal resonance to soak into their being. The sound bridge, which is then created by the group, is a supportive guide and landmark acknowledging the significance of their current life phase and gently singing them into an easeful connection with the next step of their transition.
